In the manufacturing industry, we have several successful industrial operations: big, medium and small facilities from scratch, on green or brown field sites; including the quick start-up of numerous production plants, in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine and indirectly in African countries.

Based on customer requests and potential sales, we have performed excellent downstream and upstream integration in the textile clothing industry and in the wood furniture industry.

We work to achieve results of operational excellence, without underestimating the correct management and assessment of risks (environmental, occupational safety, operational risks).

We apply Kaizen and Gemba Kaizen in the production and internal supply-chain, as well as knowing how to manage the main quality certifications and every kind of environmental socio audit in the textile fashion supplies sector. In the field of operational excellence we include sustainability, a topic that we have always dealt with concrete facts at least 10 years before the current sustainability mainstream denim marketing.

While the production, supply-chain, purchases and management of suppliers may certainly change a lot from company to company and even more between industrial sectors; when it comes to industrial management, boilers and stokers, water treatment plants, production lines, transport , energy absorption, night shifts, lead times, bill of materials, deliveries... Well, we feel right at home.
